Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk or any other dairy free milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • any toppings you like: fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, maple syrup...
Instructions
  1. Pour 1 cup of almond milk in a Mason Jar.
  2. Add the chia seeds, cover, and shake vigorously.
  3. For the next 20 minutes, shake vigorously every 5 minutes. I just carry it around with me - you cannot over shake. If you don't shake, the chia seeds will just form a large clump on the bottom.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight.
  5. Take out the next morning and top with whatever toppings you like.
Notes
If you use homemade nut milk the pudding will last up to 3 days in the fridge. With store bought almond milk it will last up to a week.
