2-Ingredient Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Almond Milk or any other dairy free milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- any toppings you like: fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, maple syrup...
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of almond milk in a Mason Jar.
- Add the chia seeds, cover, and shake vigorously.
- For the next 20 minutes, shake vigorously every 5 minutes. I just carry it around with me - you cannot over shake. If you don't shake, the chia seeds will just form a large clump on the bottom.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- Take out the next morning and top with whatever toppings you like.
