Otherwise known as “nice cream”. The perfect guilt-free treat on a hot summer day!
(2 Ingredient) Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 frozen ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp raw cacao or carob
- optional, a splash of pure vanilla extract
- optional, a drizzle of pure maple syrup, raw honey, or stevia
Instructions
- Let the frozen banana thaw for about 15 minutes
- Blend in a food processor with the other ingredients until you achieve soft serve ice cream texture. Taste and decide if you want to add any sweetener. If it doesn't blend easily, just let it thaw another 5-10 minutes.
