This is (hands down) my favorite way to prepare salmon. If you like dijon-dill you have to try this.
Dijon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
- wild salmon, about 6 oz/person
- a spoonful of Annie's organic dijon
- a generous sprinkling of garlic powder
- a generous sprinkling of onion powder
- a generous sprinkling of dried (or fresh) dill
- a sprinkling of dried (or fresh) parsley
- fresh lemon, optional
- pictured above over ½ a cucumber (spiralized) with a Steamed Artichoke and Roasted White Sweet Potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 415F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it.
- Generously sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder on the salmon.
- Add a spoonful or two of dijon to coat the salmon.
- Generously sprinkle with dill and a little parsley.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
