Dijon Dill Salmon

Dijon Dill Salmon updated This is (hands down) my favorite way to prepare salmon. If you like dijon-dill you have to try this.

Dijon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
  • wild salmon, about 6 oz/person
  • a spoonful of Annie's organic dijon
  • a generous sprinkling of garlic powder
  • a generous sprinkling of onion powder
  • a generous sprinkling of dried (or fresh) dill
  • a sprinkling of dried (or fresh) parsley
  • fresh lemon, optional
  • pictured above over ½ a cucumber (spiralized) with a Steamed Artichoke and Roasted White Sweet Potatoes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 415F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it.
  3. Generously sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder on the salmon.
  4. Add a spoonful or two of dijon to coat the salmon.
  5. Generously sprinkle with dill and a little parsley.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
