Mango Ice Cream

Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen.
- 1 (10-ounce) bag frozen mango (or any fruit)
- sliced strawberries, optional
Instructions
- Let the banana and mango thaw for about 15 minutes.
- Place the banana and mango in the food processor and blend until you achieve a texture like soft serve ice cream. If it is not blending easily, let it thaw another 5-10 minutes.
- Top with strawberries and enjoy! I also love this topped with unsweetened shredded coconut.
