Grilled shrimp tacos are the best! I could probably eat this every single night for dinner and not get sick of it. These can be made with any toppings you desire – I list my favorites below. When I entertain I love to do a taco buffet! It is perfect because it works for pretty much any diet.
My favorite part about these tacos is the crushed up plantain chips. I just love that crunchy texture in the tacos!
Paleo Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- shrimp or fish
- Tortillas
- Pico de Gallo
- sautéed bell peppers
- lettuce, chopped
- radishes, sliced
- Plantain Chips
- Cauliflower Rice or Parsnip Rice
- fresh lime juice
- a sprinkle of fresh or dried cilantro
Instructions
- Just layer the ingredients and add anything else you like on your tacos.
I like grilled shrimp the best. I just season them with sea salt, fresh pepper, lime juice, and coconut oil, place on skewers and grill for about 3 minutes per side.
