This is a very flexible recipe and can easily be adjusted to suit your taste preferences.
Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
- 9 tomatoes, diced, seeds removed
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3-4 serrano peppers or jalapeños
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced, optional
- 1/2 to 1 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped, optional
- 2 key limes, juiced
- sea salt, to taste
- plantain chips, optional
Instructions
- Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Notes
Goes great with Plantain Chips.
