- ½ lb mushrooms
- 1-2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced, optional
- a sprinkling of dried or fresh thyme
- sea salt, to taste
- fresh pepper, to taste
- Slice the mushrooms.
- In a small pan, sauté the garlic in ghee (or oil) over medium heat for one minute.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the salt, pepper and thyme. Cook for about 2 minutes longer.
