Ingredients
  • ½ lb mushrooms
  • 1-2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced, optional
  • a sprinkling of dried or fresh thyme
  • sea salt, to taste
  • fresh pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a small pan, sauté the garlic in ghee (or oil) over medium heat for one minute.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the salt, pepper and thyme. Cook for about 2 minutes longer.
