Zoodles

Marinara Zoodles In case you don’t know, Zoodles = Zucchini Noodles! They are one of the best foods I was introduced to ever since going gluten free. You can substitute zoodles in any recipe where you would normally use pasta for a much more nutritious (& lower calorie) option! marinara 1 zoodles Pictured above topped with Rao’s Tomato Basil pasta sauce (available at most grocery store), but you can use absolutely anything. marinara zoodles 2

Notes
Check out my Zoodle Guide for the different zoodling methods.

I enjoy zoodles topped with a Poached Egg.

Instead of cooking on the stove you can also microwave the zoodles for about 90-120 seconds. Watch closely the first time you make them since all microwaves are different and you do not want them to get soggy.
