(2 Ingredient) Almond Butter Ice Cream

Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Remove the banana from the freezer and let it thaw for about 15 minutes.
- Process the banana in a food processor for a minute until you achieve soft serve ice cream texture. If it is not blending easily, let it thaw another 5-10 minutes.
- Add the almond butter and pulse a few times until well blended.
