Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbl of ghee in a pan large enough to fit all the scallops. Move the ghee around so the whole pan is coated.
  3. Place the scallops in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook 2 minutes longer.
  5. Optional: place over a bed of cauliflower rice and garnish with a bit of fresh or dried parsley.
